About the Role

As an AV Technician, you’ll primarily be based at a client site in Dublin, supporting a wide range of audiovisual and workplace technology solutions. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, receiving hands-on training before progressing into an independent support role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting meeting rooms and workplace technology systems
- Providing video conferencing support (Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Google Meet)
- Troubleshooting AV issues and responding to support requests
- Performing preventative maintenance and basic break-fix activities
- Ensuring AV equipment is operating efficiently and reliably
- Building strong relationships with on-site customers and end users
- Maintaining accurate records of support activities and equipment
- Working alongside senior technicians to develop your technical skills
- Travelling to client sites across EMEA when required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Understanding of AV systems and video conferencing technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Flexibility to travel when required
Desirable
- Experience with Q-SYS, Dante, Crestron, Polycom, Shure or Logitech technologies
- Meeting room and collaboration technology experience
- Basic networking knowledge
- Live streaming experience
- AVIXA qualifications
