Major AV Transformation at Global Clients Headquarters in Ireland

We delivered a seamlessly integrated AV environment at the Ireland headquarters of a global client in the Food & Beverage, Pharma, and Biotech sectors – supporting everything from everyday collaboration to high-end production, and driving a major uplift in usability and employee satisfaction. The Challenge

Our client needed a modern, intuitive AV solution to support hybrid working, distributed teams, and advanced event production—all within a consistent, user-friendly environment. They needed their spaces to be super flexible too, and some general updates and upgrades to their existing meeting spaces were also in the breif.

Our Solution

We delivered flexible spaces, café and broadcast spaces and high-spec systems:

• Divisible Spaces: We implemented QSC control & Audio K Array Event audio with Sony PTZ NDI cameras. This provided the flexibility to link to the main broadcast production room for advanced video production for multiple spaces to join internally.

• Café Space: Here, we used a Sony PTZ camera solution and QSC core audio and control. We chose K-Array KY102 & KY52 line array speakers for their performance in a large acoustically challenging space, with an NDI backbone to allow seamless integrations with the main broadcast area.

• The training spaces got a lease of new life with the Poly E60 optical tracking cameras along with Shure P300 audio solution incorporating MXA920.

• The other conference rooms received end-to-end poly solution – X52s, V52 ,TC10 with G9 compute across conference rooms.

• Broadcast Room: Virzrt TC1 pro, Allen & Heath SQ5 Audio Mixing Desk, NDI and Dante sitting on AV Netgear switch solution – allowing full advanced video production from a central onsite location.

• Boardroom: Fully upgraded to Q-SYS video/audio with NC 12×80 tracking camera, TC10 touch, and advanced switching for complex requirements.

All client’s other conference spaces and boardrooms were upgraded and updated to refresh the tech and make sure it was uniformly user friendly.
