Expanding the Etsy Partnership in Brooklyn, NY

AV for Training, Collaboration, and Community

Audio Visual | Corporate Offices
Etsy partnered with Hamilton Robson to upgrade the AV systems in their Brooklyn office, enhancing key spaces like training rooms, maker areas, and event zones. The project delivered flexible, user-friendly technology that supports collaboration, live events, and everyday use – reflecting Etsy’s values of craft, sustainability, and community.
The Challenge

Initially while the scope was modest, the technical demands were anything but. We were tasked with upgrading a range of environments that are central to Etsy’s internal culture and external storytelling – from training rooms and maker spaces to the café and event areas.

Our Solution

We delivered a tailored AV experience that enables seamless transitions between workshops, live events, and casual collaboration. Projectors and spatial audio now support everything from team lunches to full-scale company gatherings. Touch panels were installed throughout to simplify control – no small feat given the complexity of the environment and the integration requirements.

Our on-site team collaborated closely with Etsy’s in-house tech and workplace teams, staying true to their values of craft, sustainability, and community. We adapted our approach to ensure minimal disruption and maximum impact during the installation itself.

The Impact

While this project was modest in scale, it has led to global projects in new spaces and beyond with complex and large briefs. Etsy’s Brooklyn hub is one of their busiest offices and staff using the space enjoy the high-quality, user-friendly tech installed throughout the office. The new booking panels in particular have transformed the user experience across the space. This project was not only about upgrading equipment, but it was also about deepening a relationship built on trust. We’re proud to continue our work with Etsy as new AV needs arise across their global footprint.
