With 100,000 sqft of high specification office space in a prime Dublin city centre location, our customer one of the world’s largest accountancy firms, selected Hamilton Robson as their AV partner of choice for AV design, build and install. The full complement of technology needed to match the stunning space design, allowing for growth and flexibility with the organisation. Quayside needed to be an appealing and engaging workspace for their valued employees and their international clients.
We selected the most appropriate and up-to-date technology to support our client’s vision and deliver something very special across the full space. From huddle rooms to meeting rooms, training rooms and the boardroom, we created a cohesive meeting room experience, embracing a one-touch connect solution for Microsoft Teams.
The centerpiece of Quayside was the top floor boardroom and event space, used primarily for external client meetings and training, fitted with an eight screen videowall and videowall processor allowing for multiple windows to be positioned across the canvas, and overflow projection facilities, with a thoughtfully design projection lift system to protect the detailed ceiling design aesthetic.
Our team worked hard to ensure our solution supported generations of specific hardware products – including early adoption and product fixes, and the platform that it serves with all the complexities of the clients’ IT infrastructure. The trust that was built throughout this process led to us working even more closely with our client, with even deeper service level agreements reached.
Quayside has provided an impressive and practical new home for staff and customers. The technology we designed and built complemented the upscale, premium, and progressive working environment that the client wanted to provide for employees.
The technology felt effortless and provided ease of use for meetings large and small, as well as effective wayfinding and signage for visitors. Post pandemic, the flexible technology has supported their hybrid working pattern and helped bring staff together once again. Today the office provides space for 350 people, with a view to expanding as the company grows and extends its footprint in Ireland. Hamilton Robson continues to partner with them on AV support.
