Hamilton Robson was brought in to deliver the full AV fit-out for a global technology leader’s new Madrid office, spanning five floors of meeting, training and social spaces. Having delivered AV environments for the same client across offices around the world, the brief was to create a solution that met the specific needs of the Madrid workplace while maintaining consistency with their wider global AV portfolio.
The Challenge

The Madrid office needed to support a wide range of uses, from everyday hybrid meetings and huddle spaces to customer-facing conferences, training sessions and larger events.

The technology needed to be flexible and intuitive, while providing a consistent experience that aligned with the client’s existing global workplace strategy. Accessibility was also a key consideration, with Assisted Listening Systems incorporated into key spaces.

Our Solution

Hamilton Robson delivered the complete AV installation across five floors, including huddle rooms, medium and XL conference rooms, training rooms, social lounges and digital signage.

Larger spaces were designed around Q-SYS, providing flexible control of audio, video and room functionality through intuitive custom interfaces.

Shure ceiling microphones provide clear voice pickup across conference and training spaces, while multiple PTZ cameras and custom presets give users control over how they are seen during video calls.

The divisible training room uses a ceiling-mounted partition sensor to automatically adapt the AV system when the space changes between one large room and two smaller rooms.

BYOD, HDMI connectivity, wireless microphones and Assisted Listening Systems provide additional flexibility and accessibility across the workplace.

The Impact

The completed installation provides a flexible and intuitive AV experience tailored to the Madrid office, while maintaining consistency with the client’s global portfolio of workplaces.

From everyday collaboration to large-scale training and customer-facing meetings, users can move between spaces with a familiar experience and with technology that adapts to how they work.
