Chloe McAree, a Senior Software Engineer at Hamilton Robson, has been shortlisted for the “One to Watch in the Future” award at Northern Ireland’s biggest celebration of Women in Tech. The Women in Tech Awards recognise women who innovate, challenge and embrace technology, showcasing inspirational individuals who have achieved success within the sector.

Chloe’s rapid and steady career progression and her work at Hamilton Robson architecting one of their flagship technical projects, JobMatcha, caught the attention of the shortlisting panel. In response to the news, Chloe said, “I am delighted to be shortlisted for this award, and it’s an honour to be recognised alongside such talented women in the tech industry. I hope that my story can inspire more women to pursue careers in technology.”
