Hamilton Robson is proud to announce a double success at this year’s UK IT Awards, held on 12 November 2025 at Battersea Evolution in London, the largest and most prestigious event in the UK technology calendar.

The company’s rising talent Tiarnan Crosbie was awarded IT Apprentice of the Year, standing out among nominees from leading organisations such as Bank of England and IBM. Tiarnan’s achievement recognises his dedication, technical ability, and positive impact on both projects and culture at Hamilton Robson. Chaired by British Computing Society, the awards go through a rigorous assessment process, with all shortlisted entries attending an interview with a judging panel of unbiased industry professionals.

In addition to this win, Hamilton Robson’s innovative Story Engine product was highly commended for Mobile Innovation of the Year. Story Engine is an AI-powered platform that collects, connects, and visualises personal stories to create immersive digital experiences. It is currently in use in a number of visitor attractions, showcasing how technology can deepen community engagement and storytelling. Software Engineer Jake Young also was shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year. Competition was tough in every category, and following on from our prior success, we’ve been delighted to leave with multiple awards to our name.
